Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our Orthodox icons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a resolution.

For custom made-to-order icons, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
